With the ESP32-C5, Espressif is bringing dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 & 5 GHz) to a microcontroller for the first time. Espressif kindly sent me two pre-production models of the ESP32-C5-DevKitC-1 development board. I measured how the new microcontroller performs in practical tests.
